LICENSE DELIVERY PROCEDURE
All our products are digital and physical. In the case of digital products, such as Operating Systems, the license will be sent to the email address provided during the registration phase. While physical products will be shipped to the address indicated during the order phase.
SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD PROCEDURE
Purchased software can be downloaded from the manufacturer’s official website or through our cloud service. You will still receive a link via email that will include the necessary activation key.

DELIVERY TIMES OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT
Once payment is complete, your order should arrive in your inbox as quickly as possible (please also check your spam folder). However, for Autodesk licenses, it may take up to 12 hours for your account to be activated. It is important to note that we strive to process license orders within 24 hours of purchase.
